If you’re looking for help designing your tiny home, Seattle Tiny Homes can help. They offer the following design services:

Tiny Structure (No Wheels) Consultation

When you choose this option, the company will work with you to design a tiny home on a foundation, an auxiliary dwelling unit (AUD), a cabin, a shed or another type of structure.

You’ll get:

  • Up to 3 hours on the phone to understand your needs and goals
  • Email access throughout the entire design process
  • 2 initial layouts and 2 revisions
  • Your finalized floor plan
  • A 3D, full-color rendering of your home

For an extra fee, you can have the design put into CAD to jumpstart the permitting process.

Tiny Homes (Wheels) Consultation

With this package, you get everything you get with the previous package. However, this one also includes precise architectural renderings.

Tiny Home Expert Review

If you’re building your own tiny home and want some advice or recommendations, Seattle Tinny Homes can help. With this package, you get email communication, discussions about your floor plan and a Q&A to help you determine whether your design will fit your lifestyle.

Rainer is a larger model with a contemporary style and makes stunning use of additional roof space to add depth to the home. The model comes in multiple sizes to accommodate all of your needs with price ranges of $100,000 – $250,000:

  • 28’ – 44’ long
  • Sleep 4 – 5+ people
  • 224 – 352 sq. ft., not including the loft
  • Up to 150 sq. ft. in loft space

The Rainer can be customized to be handicap friendly, too.

Wallingford is a tiny home that focuses on space. The home costs between $65,000 and $250,000 to build, and large dormers maximize loft room. Wallingford uses traditional craftsman styling and boasts specs of:

  • 12’ – 44’ long
  • Sleep 2 – 4 people
  • 96 – 352 sq. ft., not including the loft
  • Up to 256 sq. ft. in loft space

On all models, you can have one to three lofts added to allow for maximum interior space. In addition, long windows in the loft areas add additional natural light to the space and keep the home warmer during the cooler months of the year.
