Timbercraft’s portfolio of tiny home floorplans continues to grow, and the company offers a number of payment and financing options for their homes.
Custom Luxury Tiny Homes from Timbercraft
Timbercraft currently has nine floorplans in its lineup, with sizes ranging from 20’ through 41’ for their biggest options.
41’ Denali XL
The Denali XL is one of the bigger tiny homes offered by Timbercraft. It features a large U-shaped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops and optional storage on the living room-facing cabinets.
This farmhouse tiny home has stunning wood accents, flooring and stairs. The bathroom has space for a stackable washer and dryer or a large, tiled walk-in shower. A fireplace and loft bedroom make this large tiny home cozy and comfortable.
41’ Denali 3 Bedroom Tiny House
The Denali Bunkhouse is a 3-bedroom home with a large loft area and the Denali-style U-shaped kitchen. Built-in cabinetry, smart storage and farmhouse features give this tiny home charm.
Clerestory windows allow in an abundance of natural light, and buyers have many options when it comes to features and finishes.
41’ Denali Clerestory
The Denali Clerestory is very similar to the other Denali models, but this one has additional clerestory windows and skylights to maximize natural light.
A U-shaped kitchen and quartz countertops give this home a modern feel. Features like the shiplap walls and wooden accents add to the farmhouse charm of the models in the Denali collection.
For tiny home buyers who want to blur the lines between the indoors and outdoors, the Clerestory is a great option.
41’ Big Sky
The Big Sky model has more of a traditional home feel, with darker wood features and wooden beams in the living space. Modern industrial fixtures, subway tiling in the shower and an abundance of windows are just a few of the impressive finishes this home has to offer.
37’-39’ Denali
The 37’-39’ Denali is a slightly smaller variation of their famous Denali floor plan. This one has a more cabinet-heavy kitchen with a classic farmhouse style. The living area has clerestory windows, and the loft provides plenty of space for a queen bed.
A removable ladder gives you access to the loft bedroom, and the stairs lead to the private bathroom.
34’ Teton
The Teton is more of an A-frame style tiny home, with a built-in platform bed, spacious kitchen and modern farmhouse elements.
Like other homes from Timbercraft, buyers have a number of options for finishes and upgrades.
28’ Ridgewood
The Ridgewood is a smaller variation of the Teton, with right clerestory windows, a loft bedroom with built-in platform, skylights and other modern features.
24’ Boxcar
The Boxcar features a built-in bed or seating nook at the back of the home with a galley-style kitchen. Built-in ladder stairs give you access to the loft without taking up too much space.
20’ YNEZ
The YNEZ is the smallest tiny home offered by Timbercraft, but it does not lack any modern comforts. Smart use of built-in cabinetry and storage make this home comfortable and cozy.
A kitchenette and mini fridge allow you to cook at home. The walk-in stone shower and loft bedroom complete this farmhouse-style tiny home.
